History
Temple Christian Academy was established in 2003 under the direction of Temple Baptist Church. TCA began with a kindergarten program in 2003 and graduated our first class of seniors in 2014; three years ahead of our original plans. God has blessed TCA by providing a faculty and staff that are dedicated and talented Christians who want to serve the Lord by reaching out to God’s children.
TCA utilizes the resources of the Bob Jones and Abeka curriculum. Their curriculum offers students an opportunity to take a more active role in their learning. Students who are actively engaged in their learning are more successful. This allows our teachers the flexibility that is necessary to reach each individual learner and teach in a way that addresses a variety of learning styles.
TCA also offers a sports program including volleyball and basketball.
TCA is a member of South Carolina Association of Christian Schools (SCACS). God has placed His mighty hands around TCA and with His help and blessings, our school will continue to grow and prosper in the years to come.
